The symposium includes one full day of classes and covers Landlord Tenant Law and Fair Housing. The symposium is worth six continuing education credits and includes breakfast and lunch. USPSI announces up to SIX MONTHS FREE SERVICE for new clients (terms apply) or TWO MONTHS FREE service on any 14-month contract (offer expires 12/31/08) . USPSI is pleased to announce that will coordinate and sponsor, in conjunction with the Triangle Apartment Assocation, a Student Housing program in Raleigh, NC February 17, 2009. USPSI will provide breakfast, lunch and sponsor Apartment Industry Speaker Nan Cavaretta. The full day program will include two half-day segments of Landlord Tenant Law (Attorney William Brownlee) and Fair Housing (Nan Cavaretta) with a strong emphasis on Student Housing. May 2008 News: USPSI is pleased to announce new service in Columbus, GA for Independence Place Apartments near Columbus State University and Ft. Benning. USPSI created a "Student Housing Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing Symposium" which will become a model offered by the National Apartment Association for all apartment associations throughout the United States. They symposium was held in Orlando, Florida in February 2008.
April 2008 News: USPSI is pleased to announce new service in Hinesville, GA for Independence Place at Ft. Stewart. Craig Meddin, USPSI Vice President has been selected by
the National Apartment Association to join the 2008 NAA Student Housing Task Force. The task force is a group of 12 student housing professionals selected from the country. Craig is the only member from the State of Florida.
