February 2008 News: USPSI is pleased to create and sponsor the Student Housing Symposium on February 7th in Orlando, Florida. Featuring "The Apartment Doctor" Doug Chasik and Attorney Harry Heist. The symposium includes one full day of classes and covers Landlord Tenant Law and Fair Housing. The symposium is worth six continuing education credits and includes breakfast and lunch. Craig Meddin, USPSI Vice President was nominated and has won "2008 Supplier of the Year" for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando. Awards were presented February 23, 2008 at the Golden Key Awards Ceremony; Church Street Station Ballroom - Orlando, Florida.

January 2008 News: USPSI begins national advertising campaign. Look for our advertisement in local trade magazines, UNITS Magazine (National Apartment Association) and via mailers. USPSI Vice President of Sales and Operations Craig Meddin, was presented with a Certified Apartment Supplier designation certificate at the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando dinner meeting in Orlando, Florida.

December 2007 News: USPSI begins new service at Campus Advantage Property in Gainesville, Florida. Craig Meddin, USPSI Vice President of Sales and Operations, completes National Apartment Association Certified Apartment Supplier Designation (CAS).
